This year's Governors Awards are in more-than-capable hands, as Academy President Janet Yang has announced that Jennifer Fox is returning to produce the upcoming 13th Governors Awards. (It will mark her fourth time producing the event.)

Taking place on Saturday, Nov. 19, the ceremony will see Honorary Awards presented to director Euzhan Palcy, songwriter Diane Warren and filmmaker Peter Weir, while the Jean Hersholt Humanitarian Award will be presented to actor and philanthropist Michael J. Fox.

"We're thrilled to have Jennifer back at the helm to help us kick off Oscar season with a tribute fitting to these four extraordinary individuals," said Yang. "Her contribution in past years has only elevated this truly special and joyous event."

Fox said, "I could not be more delighted to produce the Academy's Governors Awards again and look forward to honoring the remarkable achievements of Michael J. Fox, Euzhan Palcy, Diane Warren and Peter Weir."

Fox is an Oscar nominee for producing 2007's Michael Clayton, which was nominated for Best Picture at the 80th Oscars, amongst seven total nominations. Her work also includes acclaimed films like Syriana, Good Night, and Good Luck., We Need to Talk About Kevin, The Bourne Legacy, Nightcrawler, and last year's The Last Duel. She is currently producing writer-director Elijah Bynum's Magazine Dreams, starring Jonathan Majors.
