It's time to see how far she'll go, again. Disney has released the first trailer for Moana 2, which arrives eight years after the Oscar-nominated original and reunites stars Auli'i Cravalho and Dwayne Johnson for another adventure on the high seas.

In the sequel, Moana (voiced by Cravalho) receives an unexpected call from her wayfinding ancestors and, alongside the demigod Maui (Johnson), must leave Motunui to journey into dangerous waters and reconnect her people across the entire ocean. Disney's resident good luck charm, Alan Tudyk, is also back to reprise his role as Hei Hei the rooster.

At the 89th Oscars, Moana was nominated for Best Animated Feature Film and Best Original Song for Lin-Manuel Miranda's "How Far I'll Go." Moana 2 sees David Derrick Jr. take the helm alongside co-director Jason Hand, with original music by Grammy-winning artists Abigail Barlow and Emily Bear, Moana composer Mark Mancina, and Opetaia Foa'i, who was featured on the original album.

Moana 2 sails into theaters on Nov. 27. Watch the teaser trailer below.
